Pet Dental Care
Did you know more than 85% of dogs and cats over 4 years old have some form of periodontal disease? That’s why it’s important to have your pet’s teeth examined by us on a routine basis.
If your pet displays any of the following signs, please contact us for a dental consultation right away:
-
Bad breath (one of the first signs of dental disease)
-
Red or swollen gums
-
Pain or bleeding when your pet eats or gums are touched
-
Decreased appetite or difficulty eating
-
A yellowish-brown crust of plaque on the teeth near the gum line
Remember, prevention starts at home. Brush your pet’s teeth and give him pet chew toys to help remove plaque.
